Launching Chocolate Week

We are proud to be launching a novel interpretation of a “Chocolate Menu” for chocolate week, which will run today, Tuesday 15th October until Sunday 20th October. Diners can choose from a range of sweet and savoury chocolate dishes presented on an edible chocolate menu, which can be nibbled between courses or taken away as a tasty souvenir.

Terrine of Game Birds with Wild Leaves Salad, Chocolate Tuilee, Rhubarb and Fig Chutney, Toasted Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Brioche

Pan-fried Scallops with a Cauliflower and White Chocolate Puree, Chocolate Shavings and Wild Boar Crisps

Pan-fried Monkfish with Savoury Chocolate Tagliatelle, Baby Beetroot, Wild Mushroom Emulsion

Duo Of Venison, Roast Loin of Venison with Cocoa Gratin, Port Braised Red Cabbage and Bitter Chocolate Jus Venison and Wild Mushroom Pie topped with Chocolate Pastry.
